Michelle is a yoga instructor, personal trainer and level 3 Reiki practitioner who encourages clients to find their own path to personal health and well-being.
Using her 10-plus years of corporate management experience, certifications in personal training, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga and Yoga Tune Up®, Michelle offers private and small group coaching and can also be found facilitating workshops in professional settings on topics such as self-care, stress management and an intuitive approach to wellness.
Michelle has also served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH) – the founding organization of the Health at Every Size ® principles. It is these principles that encompass Michelle’s professional and personal experiences.
Whatever the goal may be, Michelle works in partnership with her clients, addressing issues such as body image, disordered eating, athletic performance and chronic illness. She approaches her work with a sense of dedication, presence, and above all, compassion.
